The reception area is very congested and doesn't promote a relaxing environment from the time you walk in the door.

Helped with stress and pain

The booking experience and recognizing our membership, details, etc is absolutely horrible. Difficulty with finding our memberships and status both while scheduling and checking out was actually quite frustrating and time consuming. Both my husband and i have been asked to fill out some of the same forms as "new members" several times now...... we are told this is because we signed up at another location...... seriously?? After a relaxing massage, it took over ten minutes to check out and tip, had to reverify my husbands membership after the massage, couldn't find him, was definitely not a relaxing ending after wonderful massage experiences with Otto and Christine. We then wanted to leave additional cash on top of the tip already left, so went to grab cash and run it back in. Upon seeing the people at the counter and knowing how long the process was taking with other patrons when we were there, we decided the hassle and wait would not be worth going back in. If we could enjoy a simpler experience and not feel like such a major business transaction everytime, it would be much more enjoyable and appealing for the long term.

My therapist was great! What concerns me is I was lied to about two staff members canceling bc of family reasons and then to find out they were really sick! During this scary time I think honesty would have been a better policy.

It was just fine - I’ve had better facials, but no issues on this visit. She was very pleasant and we be fine with having her perform services again. I don’t live close by, so I probably won’t be back soon.

Could not fully understand therapist with mask on even though it was for my own health safety. Massage was scheduled for 6pm and therapist took me back at 6 but finished at 650. So it wasn't even a 50 minute massage if you include undressing time.

The reception staff did not understand the point system, nor ask if I wanted to use my points for this previous massage. The reception area is too cluttered and does not use the space efficiently.

I have gotten massages for years I have always had an issue with only getting a 50 minute massage fron Hand & Stone instead of a full hour. Not one other place has done this in my years of going to a massage therapist.

I've spent too much money over the course of 5 years with Hand & Stone at two facilities Goodyear and Surprise, Arizona and can no longer afford to put out that kind of money. Your rates are too high and my original therapist left your organization to due move out of state. Just haven't had the same experience with other therapist.
