The room was too warm which made it uncomfortable.

I had a great experience and have no complaints

The massage itself was fine. No problems really. Perhaps I should have asked for more pressure - my bad. What bothered me was the amount of UP SELL given while waiting for the massage. Extras, options, etc. Not high pressure at this point but a lot of up sell. The real problem was MORE up sell before leaving and paying. Additional loyalty programs, additional appointments, etc. I was visiting from out of the country (Canada) and I made that quite clear. I was only interested in a one-time massage. All of this was from the franchise owner. I felt like I was listening to a used-car salesman.

Just that my person called in sick so just disappointed but sickness knows no time is what I always say.

Price of classic facial is too high. When I added the Dermafusion , instead if two facials with my gift card, $10 was deducted from the gift card. I still don’t understand why. So the added fee of $90 for the Dermafusion was bumped to $99.95. My facial, with tip, was over $200. Too expensive.

I was satisfied. It takes alot for a highly satisfied rating. I need another visit or two with more features to truly assess this completely. I wanted a longer session and would like to add hot stones next time, but with my issues and the last minute nature of my visit, a limited session was what I could get. Not your fault.

Hand & stone is very pricey, on top of that they still find other things to add on the amount I already pay every month. Dont believe being a member is much of a difference than not being one. I brought a guest in and still got charged $10 more to transfer my credit to them. I truly believe thats false advertising when saying I can bring a guest at same price or give credit.
