Hand and Stone

I booked an appointment for my boyfriend with a massage therapist I had seen a few weeks before. When we showed up they had someone else as his therapist. No one ever told me there was a change. My boyfriend has a disability and I had specifically requested someone specific for this reason. I feel I should have been told of any change. No one ever addressed or mentioned it if me and this was disappointing.

Alfredo contacted me re: therapist running late, left msg. I called back and spoke w/ Prince who states he would give Alfredo my message that I would come in later. Prince did not relay the message which resulted in a second courtesy call to my home to ensure I received the information. I appreciate Alfredo being diligent in making sure I got his message, and do not appreciate Prince not relaying the info that I called in and did in fact receive alfredos original message.

It was a satisfying experience. Nothing special.

When my face up.i think should have a towel cover my eyes would be better

Not his fault but I tried the CBD oil and would not spend $30 on it again 😩

My visit was very good. Jose did amazing with pressure, and asked several times if the pressure is good. The only reason I would probably not go back to that hand and stone is location. The front staff was awesome and Jose was wonderful. It was a very good first massage experience. I just dont live on that side of town anymore

I told her I was having some issues with my lower back but she didn't spend as much time on that area that I expected.

Probably my fault. I think I need a consistent therapist. I have at last minute made apt and get who is available. All are good.

The therapist forgot to do my right arm and hand during the massage. I’ve had better massages there before.

i usually get my eyebrows done never had an issue till the last time. i told her i did not have time for a facial she went on and on about how dry my skin was then she did my last eyebrow and pulled a little skin off and she kept going on and on i will not use her again. My massage was heaven never ever had bad service here the the beautiful decor great staff great owners just bad experience this one time i wasnt alarmed with the nick but she went on and on by the time i left i was nervous
