I felt not enough oil used as it was painful pulling on the hairs on my back I asked for 50% pressure on my legs and got the same 100% that I got on my back

Owner was too pushy with membership. I’d love to come when ever I wanted but not if they are that pushy with memberships each time.

I have 19 packages available. I was encouraged to upgrade my treatments to use my packages. When I was checking out I was told I was unable to use more then 3 packages a day. I then had to pay out of pocket . Why I am encouraged to use packages then have to pay? I will be using my packages and will go to a different Spa.

Wasnt fully aware of full details of previous membership that was held (cancelled about 60-90 days ago) and wasn't provided the details in the beginning what the membership benefits hold. Kind of just found out along the way. We had packages (prepaid services) that ended up expiring since they weren't used within a certain time frame. Was never provided those details that packages can expire, which made it seem like I was "jumping through hoops" to simply set an appointment and use the packages. I feel that it should just be better explained to customers of all the benefits and features, and restrictions of the program so that there are no surprises or negative experiences.
