Hand and Stone

The constant blowing of hot steam in my nose was not good. I felt as if I needed some air. My face was extremely oily when I left and it did get in my eyes, too much oil.

I love the owners they are great! I just wish some of the good therapists would stay longer! Once I find a good one they are gone!

I felt that the amount charged for the extra service that I wanted to try was higher priced then I’d like to pay. I went ahead with it anyway, But not sure I would do any extras again.

I am satisfied with hand and stone massage. Lesly is great and I highly recommend her to anyone I have contact with. I appreciate it

Keisha and Joyce has exceptional customer service! They are a great face for the business and successfully made me feel at home, while maintaining a professional profile. Their customer service has a bit of synchronicity that seemed like their thought process was tied together.

First call to make an appointment was unsuccessful. For being a member, was surprised the person on the phone was less willing to accommodate my needs. To much talking during massage.

Every thing was fine, but it would have been nice to have the receptionist tell me the appointment would be a little late starting and why.

Everything was great, staff were nice. I am happy with the experience. Few reasons I did not select highly satisfied: no lip product included, only available as extra. Esthetician missed some extractions.

I don’t like being asked if I’m going to add a tip to my bill. If I want to tip, I will.

I am very satisfied with my therapist and her ability to help me relieve my aches and pains. The cost of the massage is decent and ease of making appts is good. Also, the text reminders are helpful.
