When I returned home and looked at the area worked on I still had lots of hair to pluck. Not worth cost of wax removal. Still really nice girl and was very happy with treatment received .

Too much up selling at Reception and by Facial person. The masseuse was great .

I wanted more deep tissue massage on my neck

Been coming a year and my skin has improved from when I first stepped foot in your doors. I enjoy going for my monthly facials and probably will continue. Nothing against your business but I am curious to try other places.

Being that I used many massage therapists in the past , I know quite a bit on massage therapy. Hoping that Hand and stone get more knowledgeable therapists. Continued education on massage therapy . Adding stretching as an option service .

I didn't know that it was a membership spa, so I felt that they kept trying to upsell me services especially on the facial and tried to sell me a membership when I wasn't interested

I have had better massages with other therapists. I scheduled an appointment with a different therapist for my upcoming massage. He was just not the right massage therapist for my needs.

I had a previous therapist who became ill last fall and winter who lived much closer to where I live and she is now working again and is much more convenient for me so I will return to her service.

More ambience needed in the massage room. Not his fault he did not know I wanted aromatherapy. It was mentioned on the phone but I was not asked again in person when I checked in.

I used to own a salon & spa and have had MANY facials and massages. I enjoy all of them but have enough knowledge to have higher expectations than most. My aesthetician seemed to be slightly unfamiliar with the products or at least had a hard time explaining the benefits. The quality of my facial was probably a 7 of 10 compared to others I’ve had. I did enjoy the room and the heating pad under me during the treatment though!
