I was satisfied.

I had not been in several months so I asked for a double appointment. They said I would have to pay $20 extra because this is more taxing on the Therapist. She took an appt right after mine. Why couldn’t i be that person with no extra cost?

The actual massage time is cut short . Therefore the cost/ value is not realized in my situation. The owners are actively involved in their store which is a nice plus.

My massage therapist did not realize I had a facial after the massage so only my back was massaged. I didn’t even flip over for the rest of my body to be massaged. I also was unhappy that she talked then entire time so it was not very relaxing

I am always satisfied with John and the massages I get every two weeks. I scheduled what I thought would be a foot massage and pumpkin scrub. Got hot towels treatment and quick application of scrub, but no foot massage.

This time I did not book expensive sessions. I have been in before and have booked more expensive treatments, and I noticed that the reception and overall experience was much different when I will be spending more money.

Recently had appointment with Hand and Stone in Bellevue, Washington that was more satisfying.

Both my husband and I felt almost pressured to become members. Everyone was friendly and we like that it was just that everything stared to be repeated by different people

My facial was amazing but my massage was half done. She rubbed one hand and not the other she rubbed one foot and not the other. I had a sore muscle in my leg she refused to massage because the injury was 9 days old when in reality it only needs to be 48 hours. I spent 40 minutes on my stomach when it should've been 25 minutes each side. I doubt I will do a massage again because I didn't get anything from it especially for the cost however I would definitely see Abbey again for a facial.
