The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. they make you feel comfortable and pampered.

Most facial appointments also hAve arm and hand and feet/leg massage No real massage to face Eyebrow wax. Didn’t look like I had much trimmed

My second trip was great, Rose was an excellent massage therapist. I was disappointed with my first therapist, she noticed I am a social worker and acknowledged my stressful field, but then she talked about her divorce and child custody throughout my whole massage which made it impossible to relax. Unfortunately I cannot afford the monthly fee to remain a member, but I will come back when I can afford it and I will book Rose.

Lerna was great but I told her I liked medium pressure and honestly felt like I was being petted the whole time. I also noticed that her technique to massage a client was quite different then all the therapists I have had in my life. I felt like she just started learning how to do this or was very nervous. There wasn't much pressure and the rhythm in which she massaged was just a bit abnormal compared to the hundreds of massages I have received in my life. I do think she was very nice and had great customer service but this was the least physically satisfied I have been since joining Hand and Stone.

It was my fault because I had booked a message & wanted to add on a hair removal facial. It took time & then I lost sometime off of services & felt rushed a bit.

It was a good experience I just think because I’m younger they don’t do as strong or pressure because they don’t want to hurt me. Next time the light in the room could be dimmer.

The cost is high by the time you add the tips and products are high too.

I have been in the dental field for over 12 years and my MT had very obvious signs of periodontal disease, as there is a distinct, bad odor associated with it. This condition can potentially lead to other health issues and should not be left untreated. Having to smell this throughout the appointment was the only downside of my visit. Otherwise, I was very happy with my massage and am hoping that he gets this addressed by a licensed professional.

Not told the couples room cost more. Just seems deceptive. If an oversight fine but why should my wife and I pay for it.

Overall the experience was good. The therapist Rose is excellent and the owners are very sweet and want all the customers who visit their spa to have the best experience possible. Receptionist made me feel that because I had been there in the past a couple times, that I was not entitled to the emails specials that get sent to me, stating they were for people wanting to buy memberships only. Just poor customer service skills and a lack of training. More training needed on how receptionists speaks and communicates with clients over the phone and on booking appointments.
