I believe that thru a miscommunication, the therapist that I had, and the receptionist, that I received a light massage vs. a more deep tissue or sport therapy type of massage.

The issue I had was addressed with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality

I enjoyed my massage therapist, but would have enjoyed less talking during the massage, my fault for not telling her that. Due to allergies the only product available for massage was oil, but did appreciate the therapist checking before we began.

Thought most was highly satisfied. Just not sure about how it will work in my budget. I think It’s a great value

Clean rooms and great staff! The owners were so friendly and I love the environment. Everyone and everything was great! I will becoming back as well as my husband.

I don’t mind paying for enhancements if I am aware. I told my person that I had hamstring/ calf soreness and asked her to spend more time on my legs. That was fine...when I was done I was told it was $20 more for deep tissue...I understand that, but I didn’t realize that was what I was asking for...it would have been nice to have my options ahead of time or even during rather than after when it is too late to change my mind. As a teacher I am on a limited budget....I am also a trail runner who will need more time spent on my legs and I’m wondering if it will be an extra $20 each time....if so that is out of my budget.

Overall the visit was great. I booked a massage and facial. During my facial, the esthetician asked me basic questions about my skin, tried to sell me on an upgrade, I declined and wanted a classic facial. She told me that a sholder neck massage was included. As she is conducting my facial. Literally felt like all she did was wash my face, but a mask on, let me sit there for a few minutes and done. During the time I sat there with what I assumed was a mask, I had no idea what she was doing. I would have appreciated a break down of what she was using. I ended up not receiving my neck and shoulder massage. And she basically ran out of the room when she was done. Telling me to take my time. It was an overall weird experience.

I came in twice with a very very tight and sore neck, and I do have some relief but am not yet back to normal. I am booked in with a neck specialist next week and hope that will do the trick. So I’m not at all unhappy, just not yet back to normal.

John is not only a pleasant man but he has helped my neck so much .

Ulysses was sweet, and mediocre with his skill set. I know he is just starting out, so he should get better as he goes. I just appreciated the work that April and Cliff did and am sad they are gone.
