The massage and facial I received were amazing and the whole experience was very relaxing but the only think that really irritated me is the pressure I received to buy additional products and add-ons. The worst was when I was checking out and the cashier tried convincing me to sign up for the membership even though I said no multiple times. No means no that doesn’t mean you continue to ask and harass me.

I do not live in Arizona. This was just a one time visit because I was on vacation. I have built up 5 appointments I have not used.

I ask the therapist to not apply so much pressure and he did then but began to use to much pressure again through the session.

The cost of the massage is higher than I have paid at other places. Too much of a push to buy add ons and the monthly program. A seniors rate would entice me to return.

The receptionist was told on the phone when I booked about a gift card I would be using I had previously tried to use the gift card and they had charged my account instead so they kept the gift card for me at the location. I explained this on the phone they said they had it I showed up to the appointment they said they had it and showed it to me but when I checked out again they almost charged my card on file for my membership. Just a little upsetting.

The lip and eye treatment is not worded correctly. It should say "or" not "and". It looks and sounds as if both services are 15.00 not 15.00 each. I was a bit disappointed that there were no birthday benefits. Lip treatment made my lips dry all day as well. I love Jennifer she is amazing. I was unable to leave a tip because of card issues this visit. I will get her next month

The front desk staff were very pushy on buying their products and membership. The massage therapist could have worked on my troubled areas more.

I wasn’t completely satisfied because the massage was not as effective as previous ones I’ve had. It has nothing to do with the service at all. I have some disc issues that require surgery to repair and I received much more relief in my outlet massage sessions.

I really dislike the waiting area. It should be in a separate room away from the front door. It’s hard to relax as people and cold air rush in and you hear people making appointments. People also feel free to talk on their cell phones since it’s more like a lobby than an area to relax and prepare for a massage.

I didn’t say I wasn’t satisfied. Things were fine.
