Hand and Stone

I did not put highly satisfied because everyone has room for improvement. I do not like the display of products in the waiting area...I think that's pushy. I feel there should be a dark, quiet place to wait for appointments, to start relaxing.

Room was VERY cold. The bed warmer was a nice touch but I still felt like I never got warm enough

I did not know there was a mobile app, i feel as though i was misguided in the use of an add on i expressed to reception that i would like the best options to help with knots in my shoulders, upper back and neck and she said the hot stones would be great for that. i will never do that add on for my monthly massage while it was really relaxing it did not help reduce the knots in my back and neck.

Massage therapist had bad breath and stinky hands

I seemed to have some type of allergic reaction to something within a half hour of leaving the spa. I am thinking the massage lotion was culprit, even though I had them note my chart that I was allergic to almond or soy based lotions. I also tried some eye lift cream so it may have been that, although I washed my face and used it at bedtime with no reaction so am leaning more towards it being massage cream. Just a matter of adjusting accordinly. Moving spas there are always adjustments. I still intend to keep my membership!

Room was cold. Massage was not as good as some I have had in the past but it was satisfactory. Price was high for quality of massage. Lavender Day Spa provides their massage for $60 without having to be a member and their massage therapist was better.

I wasn’t too crazy about my massage therapist’s talkative personality. I felt like he kept asking me questions throughtout the session and it was difficult for my to fully relax.

Price is high

Very attentive. Very knowledgable. Very excited for their job, profession and store.

My massage wasn't to happy with but I'll request a different person next time, I should let her know not so much pressure, wanted a relaxing massage I didn't feel so much relaxed
