The Surprise AZ location is exceptional in many aspects. The front staff are always great and the massage staff is as well. I usually only use one or two main therapists at any location that I have been a member at. A go-to therapist and a backup one. This way there is no wasted time getting to know each other and cutting into the session time. So that I get the most massage treatment each time. I have not been disappointed so far with this location.

I have been to this hand and stone in the past and ended up changing locations due to my move, but I regret changing locations and am glad to be back here. Otto was phenomenal.

Every visit to Hand and Stone whether for a Massage, a Facial or both is a great experience. I receive excellent benefits from both. The Massage really assists my health regimen. I walk 5 miles 6 days a week so I have a few aches and pains. I always leave relaxed with renewed energy.

Nicole is fantastic and always provides a wonderful experience. She’s very knowledgeable and has really helped to relieve my back pain. I would highly recommend her and Hand & Stone.

This location is so welcoming and calm. You get checked in right away and offered to add any additional services that will make your visit wonderful. I was so lucky to have Nettie do my massage and I’m so grateful for her knowledge. I’ve already scheduled a follow up appointment with her.

The surprise facility is the best! Very clean and organized. The front desk staff are great. Dee is my all time favorite! She knows what she is doing!

I was able to get an appt. sooner than I expected. The therapist was very friendly and skilled. The message was very relaxing. The only reason I put "satisfied" instead of "highly satisfied" on whether or not the massage took away my pain is that it never completely goes away as I have fibromyalgia.
