First time at this location. Found staff efficient and friendly. Lobby very clean and inviting as well as rest of facilities. Masseuse was very good and I left completely relaxed.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby until I left everyone was professional, friendly and personable.

Mikenna was very knowledgeable and sweet. Alberto have an amazing massage that my body needed. It wasn’t relaxing, but it left me feeling very good. He stretched me and worked my muscles like a pro! I am quite impressed! I’ve already booked my next appt with him!

Appointments were available immediately, as someone else had canceled. The estheticians were knowledgeable and had a nice touch. In addition, they suggested products that might be of help, but did not oversell.

The was satisfied with the same day appointment I was able to schedule. Compared to other places the price is fairly reasonable that I went ahead and became a member. The staff was friendly and my esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable.

I was very happy with my service because the service was amazing and friendly. This location was able to get me in the same day and on a Saturday too. It’s very hard for me to set appointments in advance so I was very grateful!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly in all areas this particular H&S seems very sales driven sometimes that can be a little overwhelming

I had an excellent and relaxing facial with Becky. She is very good at educating and helping to solve skin issues. At the Surprise H and S I have had good care with all the technicians, but I felt Becky was exceptional. I will definitely be seeing her for treatment again.

The only major comment I have is for a niche group of users probably, but it is an area that impacts some of my answers. I would appreciate an easier user experience for booking a couples massage and/or better experience for when booking with our memberships online in general. I have to call to set up any couples or recurring massage appointments, which isn’t life-critical, but it is a negative I can think of with such a great overall experience.
