The front desk staff is friendly and upbeat. My esthetician Esme was fantastic! My skin feels great and the products she recommended are wonderful.

I'm highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because of the people. The people in the reception area are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to make me feel welcome. My massage therapist Renee is AMAZING! She is kind and checks with me to make sure I'm doing well throughout the massage and her technique is just perfect for me.

Came in to get a massage and facial. Massage therapist, Alfredo, was great at listening and very attentive to areas I needed work on

My husband and I had a couples massage. Lyndsey gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. Mike hadn’t had a massage before and he really liked Nunu too. McKinna (spelling?) did a great job at the desk. Everything was very clean! Neat. Tidy. That’s important to me. The only “satisfactory” rating I gave, instead of “highly satisfied” - was related to the product. H snd S uses something that is more oily than other massages I have had. I like a product that isn’t so oily feeling.

Deidre was able to explain the various treatments and made good recommendations for a follow-up in one month. I left feeling like my skin was glowing and I am looking forward to my next appointment with her.

Service experience was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly. Ski walked me through the process so I would know what to expect. And I loved the results.
