From the moment I walked in everyone was helpful and attentive to anything I needed. My esthetician was great. She helped me with my problem areas and gave me good recommendations as far as product goes. This facial was a gift and I was really pleased.

I enjoyed the whole experience of the messages what didn’t enjoy was the sales pitch and the price of product was very expensive

Every time I visit Hand and Stone in Surprise, Az I receive excellent treatment. Becky was my esthetician this time. I was confident that she was had professional knowledge and skills. She was also super friendly while being efficient with our allotted time. This is why I feel that the price of service is worth it. The receptionist was also friendly and I appreciate her patience with me while I decided which skin care products to purchase. I wish I could remember every team member’s name from my most recent service and my previous services. I always leave Hand and Stone feeling pampered and beautiful.

The last massage I got (different organization)kept me away from getting one. It was so rough and I could not relax. This time was so different!! I needed it so bad and it was just the perfect experience.

The price of additional services is higher than anticipated.
