The woman who provided my facial was very nice. Staff is always polite. Store is very clean.

The online booking tool was very easy and convenient. I had previously looked to book through Goodyear, but they were out into October and into November. I liked the receptionist that escorted me and my esthetician was very knowledgeable. I had asked to do the foot treatment but I guess it wasn't passed on from the receptionist to the esthetician and was charged. But when I paid and they gave me my receipt, I told them that I wasn't given the treatment and they refunded me back so I was content. Maybe more communication between what we client tell the receptionist to the esthetician for our treatments could of been improved.

I think my overall experience and observation in my opinion is awesome.The staff are very friendly and accommodating.I have just been in this spa twice and I can say I will look forward for my next visit.Although I am not a member I look forward to those promotions that you offer at this spa.I hope you will always have those good deals in the future.More power!

Didn’t know quite what to expect. Was more than I expected. The treatments recommended were perfect. I wa very pleased with the results from just one visit. Joined the ‘family’ to ensure continuous improvement. Ski was phenomenal!

Alexander is very knowledgeable and he make sure to work on the areas of concern that I share with him. The front office staff is always very welcoming and helpful. It is a very classy place to go and they care about their customers.

My massage therapist Elizabeth did a great job. She took the time to understand what I needed. She used exactly the right amount of pressure and my massage felt wonderful.
