Overall, the spa/therapist are nice. The facility is clean and calming. But ever since my massage therapist moved, it's been really difficult to find a replacement. Trying to book a massage when it's convenient for my husband and I have been hard. A lot of times, we have to wait weeks for an appointment. Also, the therapist's really need to be trained on HOW MUCH product to apply to the body during sessions b/c I had to take a second shower when I got home. I really tried to make this membership work, but after 3 failed attempts of finding my next therapist, I give up.

I am always so happy with my massage with Amy. I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. All of the staff members are friendly and accommodating.

This was one of the best facials I've ever had. Wendy, my esthetician, was very knowledgable and gave me a lot of helpful insights into my skin and products that would work well for me, and of course she did an excellent job throughout the facial.

They are always pleasant and very welcoming and accommodating at the Bellmore, NY location. My massage therapist, Amy, is wonderful and is attentive to all my needs. Free parking at this location - it is right in front of the facility - allows me to relax more without worrying about the parking meter running out.

It’s always a very relaxing experience. The therapist is very caring and the receptionists are always very friendly. I look forward to going monthly for my massages.
