The appointments are always easy to book, I book after work, perfect timing for a massage! There are never delays, my appointments are always on time. My masseuse knows how to find all my sore spots, and relaxes me every time.

Aaron was fantastic. This was my second massage with him and I want to come back for him. The only thing I wasnt happy with was the laugher and talking in the hallway and room next door. It seemed too loud and went on for too long for a place made for relaxing.

The reception area is always tidy and so is the massage room. My experience is always good. I just wish the reception area was warm—it was extremely cold on my last visit.

Jerri, my aesthetician, was great. My daughter, Erica, always asks for Jerri when she needs facial services and as a treat (I live in Libertyville , IL), booked a session for me. When making an inquiry re any H & S locations in IL, unfortunately I discovered the nearest one is in Kildeer, which is 35 minutes from me. Presently, I use a local salon for all services, but was highly pleased with Jerri and this location.
