I don’t believe that you can ever be highly satisfied . It would mean very thing must be perfect and it is not . But the location of the store is on my way to work and very convenient. The people had always been curious and helpful.

I have zero complaints about the shop or the attendent who was very kind and helpful. I just don't get that enthusiastic about a run of the mill convenience store transaction. Something abnormally lucky would have to take place for me be highly satisfied.

I purchased over $200 in scratch off tickets. I ordered based upon the display at the counter - asked for numbers that corresponded with the tickets I wanted. My view of the attendant was blocked by the display. Everything went along fine until, after paying, I noticed a discrepancy between a group of tickets I was given and the one I wanted. When I brought this to the attendant (Rebecca)'s attention, her manner became almost surly and she was visibly working to avoid being rude. I offered (and did) step aside so that she could catch up with the line, but she acted very put out and defensive. She did exchange the tickets, but accused me of shouting at her (I did not - I spoke more loudly because there was music playing in the background) and was minimally polite. She seemed to think calling me "ma'am" made up for the tone with which she spoke to me. Despite straightening out the situation, I came away with a bad feeling due to her attitude. I may not return there even though it is on my regular route.

I bought cigarettes in the carton. Walking to my car I realized they gave me the wrong brand. I paid with cash and 2 coupons 235.43.In ttrying to figure out how many to give me back they only gave cash and not the right amount. When I spoke to the manager I thought she finally understood. She tell me yes she owes me 8$ and that would be right only when I get there today they hand me my 2 coupons. That is 8$ but she should have gave me cash I had already purchased what the coupon was for. I am not pleased at all. Now I have made 2 trips and am still not happy. Wish someone would call me. Just wasn't very inviting and I talk to my friends all the time about we all need to go to thi place because it's good on gas, with the prices and such. But I guess now I'll have to go to Shell.
