Took my daughter to a friend's bday party. She had fun. She was disappointed in the prizes available for ticket exchange.

We attended a bday party for my daughter's friend. I thought 16 tokens per kid wasn't really enough. Some of the games were broken but not marked, so my daughter lost coins in them or didn't get the tickets she won. Also the party didn't seem all that well organized. The kids had fun though.

Staff was horrible for example... An employee added up my son's tickets and as I began to tell him what he wanted he walked off!! He started refilling the salad bar. Another employee walked up and I explained to him what happened and where the calculator was where he added the tickets up. He and I watched this other employee who continued filling the salad bar and never once looked over or acknowledged us again but luckily this employee who stopped by assisted us. This is one example. I also can't believe parents leave their toddler unattended. My son was playing skeeball while a 2 year old was climbing on the ramps. I asked the kid where his mommy was and he didn't respond and there were no parents around!!
