Ants in the room, staff was rude, and the "shuttle" to Disneyland was a van, it was dirty, seat belts didn't work and neither did the door

There were ants in my room. We brought food back one night and it was all over the trash the next morning. Pest control could be so much better.

It's dirty and in need to great repair. there is no elevator, so we carried a weeks worth of luggage up stairs. Breakfast room is dirty. Breakfast consisted of precooked eggs, cereal, black bananas, warm milk and bread. ick

Mold in the bathroom. Holes in the walls. Creeping floors and pipes kept waking us through the night!
