Hand and Stone

This was my first time at a Hand and Stone location and it was a pleasant experience. This location appeared clean and attractive. My esthetician, Rachel, was lovely and I enjoyed my facial.

Very friendly front desk, gave me info about joining the monthly plan without being pushy. Good amount of pressure used for my comfort.

Very clean and looked good inside. My massage therapist helped me relax while also hitting my target areas. She focused on the areas I asked.

I like my therapist and will continue to go to the Blue Bell location as long as Elizabeth is still there. She is the reason I make my appointments there and continue to go.

It exceeded my expectations and was a pleasant experience. The staff was accommodating.

My husband and I purchased massage packages and we look forward to coming every month. We have been told when we are eligible for add-ons etc. which may be the reward system you were referring to. We have not had to explore it ourselves because the receptionist and therapists have offered them to us before we even start to wonder about them. one of our best choices for self-care ever!

Highly effective massage. The massage therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very pleasant.

The tone of the room was great- music, aromatherapy & applied pressure. It was a little chilly. I was given a gift certificate & since my first visit - massage was $69- return massage is $120- too expensive to make a routinely visit.
