Therapist was very good. Took care of my requests.

Denville N.J. location never confirms appointment with m. Brick N.J. calls me and sends out text. I have to call Denville to make sure I have an appointment. They also did not email me Covid release. I had it from another location and printed and brought w me.

My scheduled appointment got cancelled due to some confusion w/ the therapists schedule. a little tricky rescheduling. Set up w/ a different therapist who was very competent

I was very satisfied with the services and the knowledge that I was provided towards the services I was getting done. The cleanliness, time and preparation to make it a very pleasant experience was perfect. Glad I have a membership.

The ambiance of the massage room was definitely impacted by the plastic on the table and the thin sheets instead of the usual flannel soft ones. Also, the therapist tried to adjust the headpiece, but I still felt like I was not in the right position. Lastly, there was no music/sound. The therapist said the sound system was not working. I was surprised how much I missed that.

The reception staff is the reason. My appointment time was changed slightly without my knowledge and when I got the day of appointment text, I called to figure it out and the girl was not knowledgeable or able to answer my questions. Sienna is great though, and so is my therapist Dawn.

The sheets were stinky. And the oil/lotion that's been used didn't smell the same. It's kinda stinky too. I asked for the therapist to change the top sheet but the bottom one was stinky too but not as bad. Overall, i like my therapist. This was the 1st time that all the sheets stunk.

I felt the dermalinfusion was not worth the $90. did not see any visible difference the morning after or following . Had better results with LED phototherapy.

I originated registered in a different location and they had all my information. I feel that as a member this should be shared and I could just add anything that changed.
