The therapist was great. The room was just brighter than I would have wanted. I also feel Am eye pillow would have been nice when laying on my back.

I’m disappointed in the increase in the cost coming in February. I took a membership to lock in the price and I faithfully come every month. I have also recommended this location. I don’t see why I agreed to a membership if you were going to raise the price. I was sold the membership benefits being told I would always pay less than someone walking in off the streets or a non member. I’m not feeling that my consistent repeat business is valued. Also the constant change in the front desk receptionists is perplexing. Wonder why you can’t retain some of the wonderful folks that have been here.

I didn't enjoy being upsold in my appointment. While I don't mid product recommendations, I don't want to get the hardsell after my appointment on this either.

There was no music nor water sounds.

This evaluation is taking too long. I will not participate next time.

The store next to the spa had construction going on so it was noisy and the music system was not working in the spa

I booked an hour and a half appointment online. I received a phone call informing me it was not available and I could book only an hour appointment.

The staff behind the desk were loud, having conversations that clients did not need to hear. Other staff were sitting in the waiting area and loudly talking to the staff behind the desk.

I was satisfied. But I don’t live close to your location and it was more of a spur of the moment appointment that necessarily a monthly commitment.

Scheduling is not easy. Times desired not available all the time - I have been cancelled a few times - booking online doesn’t work well. Dawn the therapist is the best. Will keep coming back as long as she is there.
