I was highly satisfied. The lotion just smells weird

There was some confusion at reception regarding a coupon and online offer, as well as confusion at check out as I was given several different totals. I didn’t realize my appointment was not part of my membership since the November payment wasn’t posted yet, so it was out of pocket. I didn’t realize I couldn’t book until after that was withdrawn, and assumed once I signed up, my membership started.

I did not like the fact that membership Was being pushed

The 60 minute massage it’s more like a 40-45 minute, between the time you come into the room to get settle and then the therapist returns to begin and then it ended around 2:50sh. It was very good and very knowledgeable and concerned with the areas I needed to have most of the work done in, but it was not a full hour massage.

When I arrived the 2 receptionists were assisting other guests but did acknowledge me. My massage therapist came out Jon another few minutes to get me. I feel the massage ended just a few minutes earlier than it should have.

Minor complaint: 2 women at the reception desk were complaining about the number of hours they were working and using quite a bit of profanity. Major complaint: I was not told ahead of time that there would be a $20 upcharge for the facial that I requested.

The entire staff was very “salesy”. Felt like I was being pressured into buying upgrades, products and a membership the entire time. Not very relaxing.

Appointment started late. Other facials that I received were more relaxing.

I have had a great experience at hand and stone Denville. Unfortunately the massage therapist who I loved changed her schedule so I can no longer schedule with her. Although my massage was good it was not on par with what I was used to. Will continue to try different therapists till I find one I want to stick with.
