All really good

Hard to get appointments. Frustrated with being asked multiple times at the same visit to upgrade, buy products and for my daughters (one of which is 17) to sign up despite declining multiple times. It’s overkill and makes it difficult to enjoy the appointment

Service was not a full 60 minutes Felt pressured to upgrade services Felt more of an advertisement of products and services than a relaxing experience

Tried to book 2 massages at the same time (one for me and one for my husband) but had difficulty with the availability of therapists. Also, last month an error was made and we showed up but only 1 therapist was booked, even though I had booked both massages in person after the previous month’s massage. No compensation was offered-just “we’re sorry”. I felt that was unprofessional.

My aesthetician kept trying to upsell me, which I understand, but if I’m coming there for facial, I just want to relax and enjoy the service in a quiet atmosphere.

I was unable to book my appointment online and had to call. Also during my facial I could hear the receptionists talking, eveniver the music in my room which was distracting and made my facial less peaceful.

Lovely staff. Very competent and pleasant. Satisfied is a great compliment!

Disappointed to not get a warm moist towel at the end of the massage to wipe off the oil. I’ve always gotten one in the past.

Not a lot of appointments available Every time I like someone they leave. I don’t have a schedule that I can book far in advance
