We had to pay extra to have our feet done during treatment; however, the feet treatment wasn't an extra. It was an instead of the shoulder which was free. Since it was an instead of, there should not have been an extra fee. Fortunately because we took a membership, this fee was not charged.

It was a good massage, he ran out of time to do "whole body" so my arms, hands and front of my legs did not get massaged.

The receptionist was a little overbearing, too friendly a little. Felt very welcomed by my esthetician and she kept me laughing the whole time, loved her. Boyfriend got a massage by a man and he said it was awkward but that it was still stress relieving

My regular person is no longer working there.

Michele was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very helpful and polite. I'm following her advice. My skin is much improved. I'm booking another appointment soon.

I brought my mother with me. We were early and they took mom early. I started on time. Enjoyed my facial however when I was told I was finished was a bit shocked the clock indicated I had 10 mins to go. Went to waiting room for mom who came out after me . Don't feel I got my 1 hr session

I had a massage and facial back to back and had to wait 20 minutes from the time my massage ended to my facialist to begin.

I I find it difficult to find an appointment that works for me. Usually there are too few therapists working. I want to go with 2 friends and it’s impossible for three of us to get appointments at the same time.
