The facial was just okay - it was relaxing, but I felt it wasnore focused on massaging my face and upper body and less about my actual skincare needs. I woke up this morning with a small set of clogged pores on my forehead and small whiteheads near my nose. This was the only difference in my skincare routine. That was disappointing to see since my skin is usually very receptive and likes being massaged. I’ll be able to clear up the clogged pores in a few days, but I will most likely NOT getting another facial from this location.

It was a good experience but no locker room or area to put clothes in so a little difficult to get ready for treatment

need more therapists during week. had problem with a PRIOR massage and therapist and was not happy how management handled that situation.

Glycolic acid solution was applied too heavily. Dripped down my neck and onto my ears. Only happened during this last visit.

This was my first time there and it was a great experience. The ambiance, music, smell, was very relaxing and welcoming to destress.

The whole place just seemed pretty cheap. Wasn’t a very relaxing and luxurious experience

I went for a massage and a facial on different days. Both times I had to wait to go in for the services. The massage was cut short...? the facial was very good and the esthetician explained the delay on coming to get me. Reasonable. I will go back for a facial with Angie.

I've had to call to reschedule a few times and the ladies I spoke to each time were either rude or rushed me. When I needed a specific time or day there was no availability so I had to book out relatively far. Other than that I have no complaints. My therapists have always been amazing, I just dont like the customer service of the front desk.

I arrived for my appointment for 10am. It was a 50 massage but she did not start massaging until 10:15ish and still ended at 10:50. That isn’t really 50 min.

I feel for 99dollars there is spa messages with steam showers and much more. I would definitely come for 59 but not sure it’s worth 99.
