Late in the morning I cancelled my appt because my flight in to Newark was delayed... I was told it was not possible to change my appt with Naomi from 5 to 5:30... But when I landed (late) I called and they said it was possible to make it 5:30...so it all ended ok but it was little bit of a hassle...probably there was a cancellation at some point in the day that created the later appointment.... You should also know I joined yesterday because Naomi was awesome.... and Nadine was very nice!!

My appointment was on the first day after daylight saving time changes and I almost missed my appointment. I explained to receptionist and requested to accommodate the 10 minute delay in reaching to location. Although I was the last customer and wasn't impacting other customer's time, she didn't care the reason or request. Wasn't personable. I felt like being treated mechanically, by the rule book; despite the fact that I recently became a member!

I was very satisfied. I felt like the $40 charge for red lights was overpriced. As far as staff, everything was great. Great reception, great massage and great esthetician

I would like to see therapist be sure clients get full 50 minutes. At times there may be a 5 minute delay due to previous appointment. I know it throws off whole day but would liketo seefull 50 minute massoevery visit

When I was informed of what the facial consisted of, the receptionist informed me of many things including masks, microdermabrasion, etc. and I found out that it was not included in the facial but add on packages.

I was satisfied I guess I should have place highly satisfied down as there is a fine line between the two I would not be concerned

My massage with Naomi was wonderful. During my facial, the esthetician dripped product in my eyes. Since my eyes are very sensitive, I walked out with red eyes from the irritation.

The therapist was very good but I asked him specifically to focus on my hips and lower back. He really didn't even touch my hips. Otherwise the massage was very good and effective.

I was very satisfied overall. Aesthetician was excellent and super sweet and professional. I did have some residue left of what felt like exfoliating grains left on my forehead and eye area that didn't get wiped away when I left.

Enjoyed the massage very much. Finding a time to go with a friend when 2 technicians were available was tricky. Overall the experience was very good.
