My 1 hour session began at 10:08 am and was over by 10:55 and that included a scalp massage that was not worth the upgrade. (Too short to warrant the extra fee)

It was a little noisy behind the reception counter I feel that a lower tone in voices would be best The mananger was asking one of the therapist about her credentials in the reception area that should have been done in private!

My facial was amazing. However checking out was a problem. I bought a gift card for a friend who was with me & they couldn't get it to work. Also, I had a membership at another spa and they had an issue bringing it up (which we found out was bc it was frozen, finally). We waited for 25-30 minutes to check out with the membership & gift card. We had limited time so this made us unable to go to lunch. I've never had this much trouble at any other location.

Receptionist told me that the staff was there to service me. She was not. 20 minute wait. Technician said there was no staff available to service me.

I had my eyebrows done and ask to have them trimmed there was no clippers. I think that if iam paying 15 to have my eyebrows done clipping them should not be a issue. I had a very nice experience otherwise great place great staff!!!
