I have muscle aches and tightness and my massage therapist has vast knowledge and is able to alleviate my pain and target areas so I may be more flexible. He really takes time and targets my whole body.

Joel was EXCELLENT! I think your Corporate policies are over the top with regard to booking an appointment (CC required to hold reservation). Checking my gift card amount prior to my appointment. I appears that your establishments are money hungry. Several emails confirming reservation. Did not leave me with a sense that you were confident in your products or service. The message indicates 60 minutes however, hands on time is 50 minutes or so. 60 minutes is 60 minutes in my opinion.

Massage therapist asked what areas were of concern and she focused on tending to those areas. She suggested other services that would be beneficial to my treatment. She asks if it's too much pressure and adjusts if necessary.
