I'm highly satisfied because of Leslie. She's very knowledgeable in so many areas and she does an amazing scalp massage right at the start. She's my reason for going.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. My therapist, Erin, is just wonderful. She is attentive, professional and an amazing masseuse. The general friendliness of the staff is always nice. I saw my esthetician, Nikki, while in the hallway and she greeted me warmly. Love those ladies!!

I think Nikki is terrific and she is thorough and professional in every sense of the word. Best esthetician I’ve ever had.

Totally relaxing and entire staff was extremely friendly

It was a very pleasant all-around experience. The staff was nice and accommodating, the waiting and facial rooms were clean and comfortable, and the esthetician was excellent.

The receptionists were extremely polite and friendly. The spa is very clean. My massage therapist (for the May 26 massage) was very informative. He explained why he was doing what he was doing each step of the way. In the questionnaire, I did not say that my massage was relaxing because Jack was working on different areas of my body that I didn't even realize were tight and his "massage" technique was soft (to say the least). I totally enjoyed the massage and felt great after. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Jack!

I really likely this aesthetician and felt she wasn’t pushy with expensive services or products. She recommended a couple targeted ones which I purchased. She was kind, genuine and really listened.

Great therapist. Great pressure. Price was reasonable. Clean rooms. Friendly front desk receptionists. Only negative… we were in room 9 and the woman and therapist in room 10 were so loud. They were laughing and talking so loudly. It was hard to relax and very annoying.
