The facility is always very clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming; they can always answer whatever questions I have. The girls that I have had do my facials are always very knowledgeable and take their time.

My high satisfaction is due to the specific therapist I have that was recommended and given for free due to two previous terrible experiences, one of which I was injured. The therapist finally recommended to me is amazing. I continue my membership because of her but would not trust any other therapist nor would I recommend anyone come to this location unless they could book my specific therapist. If she ever leaves I would go with her.

I was able to book the appointment for the time I wanted for the very near future . I was pleasantly surprised that the facility has evening hours, which is very good considering the fact that I work . I plan to return for facials . The facility was nice and clean . Everything was as per schedule .
