The receptionist at the desk when i came in set the tone for the rest of my visit, she was so sweet and caring and very welcoming i wish i got her name. James was awesome, i explained to him i hadn't slept in about a week just because of stress and he knocked me out almost immediately, he was firm with his massage and i felt as though he really cared about getting me to relax. Loved my experience here even though i came in super late at night i didn't feel like a burden.

Hand & Stone, all locations I’ve been to, is absolutely the best, re; scheduling, comforting & clean ambiance, highly professional & friendly staff, & excellent therapists!

Service is on point and from the receptionist to the therapist everyone is very accommodating and friendly. The only problem is I can never get a time with short notice with my preferred therapist. Other than that I would rate them at 100 instead of 98 out of 100

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapist is wonderful (Amy). When leaving and making my next appointment was easy and painless.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming creating a fantastic calm and accepting atmosphere. My aesthetician was fantastic as I would ask her questions on certain products and what makes for a good skincare routine. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and like you belong in the location which is absolutely fantastic!
