I like the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of everybody. It's just extra for today because the receptionist are very helpful

Jocelyn was one of the most empathetic, skilled and intelligent massage therapist I could ever find. I have Rheumatoid arthritis which encompass many health issues. She made me feel comfortable, explaining every step of the way what she found, and how she was to proceed. Jocelyn's touch was firm, but not painful, as she modified it as soon as she saw I was a bit uncomfortable. I highly recommend her, and your spa, as I find you all to be very professional and competent! Thank you for your excellent service!!!

My esthetician was wonderful!! She knew exactly what to do for my skin during the facial based off my acne and skincare needs. She recommended a new skincare routine that I cannot wait to try!

My last visit to Hand and Stone was pretty much flawless. My esthetician was amazing. She put me at ease. Provided light, friendly, knowledgable conversation. She was the best. Everything was timely and excecuted perfectly. I wish every visit was like that! I've had my fair share of "hiccups" in the past at this particular H&S. But I can say this last visit makes me eager to start with a clean slate and even continue to invite my friends and family along with me.

My massage therapist, Dawn is very considerate and seems very knowledgeable. She was able to loosen some very tight muscles.
