The new manager seems to have all the old issues at the desk resolved. Jack is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had - I was ready to cancel membership until I was able to get back on his schedule.

The massage therapist was very attentive to my needs. She applied very good pressure to my trouble spots. The manager and reception area made me feel very welcome and were extremely friendly and helpful.

I'm always satisfied with the ambiance and with the staff. I was less than satisfied that I paid $20 extra for a facial that was not exactly rejuvenating. 2 products used caused burning on my skin. Aesthetician should have known what to use on my sensitive skin based on prior visits.
