The friendliness of the staff and the experience before, during and after my appointment. Only bad thing is that one must forfeit balance of member package if the extra services do no cost the full amount. These balances should be kept in the available funds for the client.

My esthetician did a great job of listening to my concerns. She made sure that my questions were answered. She also made sure that I was enjoying my facial throughout the session.
