Upon my arrival, the receptionists were very welcoming and informative on services offered. I found John, the massage therapist, to be very friendly as well. Being that it was my first time getting a professional massage, he made me feel comfortable. He also provided thorough explanations on any questions I had. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

I like having a website booking system, especially when it works and the ability to complete the forms online as well. the check-in and out process was also very easy, so overall it was a great experience. esthetician was very good, skin felt soft after the appointment and happy she did extraction also
