Laurel does an exceptional job of addressing any problem areas and making suggestions that best fit my needs. She is very kind and takes her time. She leaves me feeling very relaxed - I personally do not like to talk much during my appointments and prefer to almost fall asleep if I can! She picked right up on this and kept working without needing much input from me. Her facial massage and shoulder massages are also very relaxing - some of the best I've encountered. I will continue to book my services with Laurel. Thank you!
