It was seamless experience from booking an appointment to receiving timely reminders and finally having the massage treatment. Well maintained schedule . Friendly staff. Ease of booking the follow up appointment. Overall happy and would continue my membership and would recommend to others as I feel the price is right.for the wonderful service .

I have been to Urban Muse, Depasquale, and other Spa, but I like the friendliness of the staff and the ease of booking appointments. Staff are very accommodating and will keep you posted if available spots for services exist. I like the text reminders and ease of canceling and re-scheduling. Most of all I love Dana Fuchs! She is the best and I only book my appointment with her. I am moving to Florida but I will be back to schedule an appointment with Dana, my facial massage/care therapist. I also like Joel, my massage therapist. He is very good at addressing stress points and making sure you are comfortable. I tend to stay with people with good services and I say the one in Denville is my favorite. I am a clinician and have managed clinics/healthcare. I know that the success of the organization relies on good customer service and taking care of your staff. I would say the staff looks happy. This branch is managed well.
