The ambience and the staff were very nice. Massage therapist was highly skilled and very sweet. And it's much closer to home than where I was going

Not referred to by name; if there is a problem area- some other body part does not get massaged at all- I think I should be able to make the choice of what will not be massaged

Too many at check in desk- conversation between themselves. No more flavor infused water;

While I understand this is not uncommon, there was a lot of attempts at upselling and product selling during my visit. It detracts from the relaxation aspect of the experience.
