The massage and facial were excellent, but checking out is always an issue. The facial and massage were booked incorrectly and I had to address that as I was being overcharged. This was not the first time this has happened. Every time I leave, the time at the desk takes away from the relaxed experience - either I’m charged wronged or harassed to become a member.

I don't have a basis of comparison. I would like to try another technician to see if there is a difference. Highly satisfied is a very high rating.

I know it is not always the locations doing, but there is construction next door which makes for a noisy time while getting treated. I did not know they were doing work ahead of my appointment.

The therapist is able to relieve aches and pains affectively; music is soothing; always feel better for some time after the massage

I find it hard to get availability when I want a massage. Appointments book up far in advance.

The towels red to be upgraded. They are starting to feel like sandpaper. Definitely not ideal when wiping your face with it multiple times during a facial.

Upon termination of my membership It was not explain that I would lose my points. You don’t accumulate points to lose them. I think this policy needs to be entertained!!! Especially if you want to gain more new member make it inviting give a little don’t take away, in the long run it will be a win for you!!

The pricing menu is not clear. It’s not clear that the diamond glow facial is 160 on top of the 130 regular price. Seems very expensive. I loved the diamond glow but can’t afford to do it!!!
