The esthetician was great. She is knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and professional. The towels however smell. I don’t know if you send them out or wash on premises but it’s not pleasant and makes me think they are not fully cleaned.

I had a gift certificate to use and it took the staff a long time to figure out how to apply it and I needed to leave for another appointment.

I was hoping for more of a deep tissue massage in my problem areas at least. I felt like Jessica just rubbed oil on my body with very little pressure on my tight spots.

It may seem silly but the massage is supposed to be 50 minutes and it's been consistently 45 minutes. The prices have increased so with the time being reduced, I feel my value is reduced as well.

As I said previously, there used to be a towel provided at the end of the massage. I haven't had that offered in the last several appointments.

I think the price for the message was a bit extreme. I initial price is high and then $30 for CBD treatment is over the top.

It was fine. In no way I was dissatisfied.

Appointments are difficult to get. You should offer more coupons and therapists should work on most areas to make you more relaxed and not keep talking.

Too much oil was used. I left very sticky/slimy and on a hot day, it’s very uncomfortable.

Ambience of room could be improved
