Membership has increased since I joined. The website experience has been seriously lacking and most times unusable. Pay has not gone up at the same rate that price increases have.

Mediocre massage. Pressure wasn’t adjusted or asked throughout. It started with pressure and then it was less, as time passed

A negative experience i had was forgetting my promotional coupon that was awarded during second month of membership. I felt my discount should have been honored regardless that i did not have the paper. The customer service felt like a corporate response and not individual
