More therapists with more deep pressure needed

The music selection was extremely annoying and unsettling. I had been for services in past and this experience was unacceptable. The only saving factor that will bring me back is the aesthetician.

I was offered an additional service, a CBD oil treatment. Partially my fault as I did not ask but my therapist did not explain the cost. I was shocked to find it was $30! Additionally, I was surprised to discover I needed a minimum of 4000 points to redeem credits. I've been in 7 times now and I'm still not there. Very frustrating.

Therapist spent too much time on one area

This was my first experience having a facial ever. I had requested a scalp message and it was removed from the booking. Kassie was very apologetic and didn't understand why it was removed from her schedule. Overall a great, relaxing experience.

Didn’t get the full time for the massage.

I was highly satisfied with my service at the Denville location. Maybe I hit a wrong button but I was definitely highly satisfied at this location I'm with the staff. Merry Christmas to all

With Covid advancing masks should be a requirement in waiting area and hepafilters should be used in massage rooms. Area small; too many people can gather with going and coming.

There were times when the pressure was uncomfortable, I would prefer just gentle massage with some pressure.
