I felt the room temperature was cold. James gave me an extra sheet, but I was still chilly.

I was told it’s 1 hour facial she started it at 12:10 and ended at 12:50 it was not an hour massage and the facial massage was not good at all.

Had to wait a long time in the hallway for my facial. Was almost 10 mins behind schedule. She also did not provide any information about the products being used or recommendations for my skin type to make it more customized.

My esthetician (excuse the spelling) knew much about the skin but was not skilled at the relaxing aspect. She was very quick and rough with application of product and massage.

No pressure felt like she was oiling me down instead of a massage.

I had asked for aromatherapy however did not receive it. I also said my shoulders carried a lot of stress but not much time spent there

My appointment was relaxing and my massage therapist was very informative. My appointment was relaxing but too expensive for the entire experience. I had a gift card for my appointment.

I think the rooms could be larger in space...

After spending more than $350 on my service, product & a gift card, the receptionist asked me why I didn't want to spend more money on a membership. Very pushy

I was hoping for more massaging. There were many different products applied and removed, I just thought there would be more to it.
