My esthetician was excellent. The appointment went negative upon my checkout. The receptionists were way too pushy about trying to get me to sign up for a membership. I said no numerous times. It was very uncomfortable and I will not be back to this location for that reason.

My only issue with my back facial was that there were many moments when nothing was occurring and wasted time in between. Especially when the mask was on my back, usually in the past the person will rub my arms since the mask usually has to sit for 10 mins. So just slightly disappointed in that. Everything else was great.

I found it very annoying that during the shut down when services were not permitted to be rendered, that I was charged the monthly membership fee. I consider this poor customer service.

I received a call saying that my appointment would be about 10 minutes late. I appreciated the call and understand things happen sometimes. The masseuse had some kind of bells on her person. Every time she walked the bells made a sound which was distracting to me. She was a very good masseuse. If I request her next time I would, definitely, make sure that she doesn't have bells on her.

I made my appointment online. About half an hour later, I was called by the local office that the software for scheduling apparently had my therapist only available for some other service. Anyhow, the person on the phone was able to get me another time for the massage. My complaint is, if the software for scheduling is that bad, why bother?

The receptionist at check in (very friendly!) was different than the one at check out (not so friendly) and they gave different information regarding the service i used that was transferred from my Mom’s account. She was given varying info over the phone too. Your policies need to be straightened out with the staff.

The massage itself was great and so was the facility. Friendly and clean. The room could have been darker, louder music to drown out other noise/make it more relaxing. Also, I would have liked nicer linens and blankets to make it more spa like. Other than that, everything was great.
