Shame on these guys. All I can say is STAY AWAY, or, if you're in a bind and you have to go here, WATCH OUT! So I'm not from OKC, just passing through town on a long trip. Not sure if that's why these guys tried to take advantage of me, but I saw them do it to an older lady who was local, so I think it's just in their nature. Here's how it went down: Guy outside holding a "$19.99 oil change" sign...Me: Awesome, I need an oil change...Manager inside: So, do you want the $49, $59, or $69 oil?...Me: Uhhh, I want the $19 oil...Manager: You need a new air filter, and, as you can see, you're at 30k miles, so you need transmission service ($150)...Me: Uhhh, I hadn't really planned on that, but if I need it, go ahead. --- As they prepared to change the transmission fluid, I checked my service manual online; nothing about transmission service at 30k miles. Other blogs and articles specifically said NOT to service transmission at 30k miles. I hurried and told them to pass on the transmission service, and they didn't even question me - the guilty know when they've been caught red handed. Bottom line, you can bet these guys will try to screw you over. They tried to do it to me, and I watched as they did it to an older lady. We were the inly two people there, so my assumption is that they behave this way with everybody. I'd give them fewer than 1 star if I could. Stay away.
