Very nice new clean hotel. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better. It is the same thing everyday, which may be fine for those stopping from the interstate... But I stay for several days at a time. Food gets bland. One thing I can't stand is the lady during breakfast (staff). She is sooooo loud and is constantly asking if you need anything! I just woke up. I want a peaceful quiet breakfast. I don't need you to ask me a million times.... Hey girl what's up? You need anything.... Blah blah blah. I appreciate you "care" but this isn't a restaurant and I'm not going to give you a bigger tip if you keep asking me. Tone it done a bit. Thanks in advance! But besides that!!!! Staff and stay were excellent!!! Especially for Little Forrest City!!!

The rate was 50.00 higher than other holiday inn express. The beds were hard and you could hear everything including people checking in above the room. My previous experience was good at a different holiday inn express.
