Elevators are very bad. Hotel outdated.

My beds were clean, the bathroom floor was dirty and the housekeepers were rude the very next morning before checkout

Room was unable to be checked into by the other occupants, even though I asked for their name to be on the room. I was in the bridal party and could not be at the hotel to do this. Room only had one bed instead of two requested

Hotel rooms very dirty. Key cards quit working 3rd night was pain to go down with 3 kids to get new one made. Parking is HUGE hassle. No washcloths second night. AC barely works in the room. Had to buy bathroom cleaner before we could put kids in bathtub. Toilet flushes light have to flush 3/4 times to get paper to go down. Staff is friendly. Pool is nice. Rooms 1105/1108/1106

My room wasn't cleaned was moved to another room and they failed to clean it the next day
